Join us for an intimate evening of breath, body, and energy as we attune to the frequency of love within ourselves. 💗
Frequency of Self Love is a guided healing experience designed to help you soften your nervous system, open your heart, and reconnect to your inherent worth. Through gentle breathwork, somatic self-soothing practices, meditation, and energetic healing, you’ll be supported in releasing self-judgment and remembering love as a frequency you carry — not something you earn.
This is a space to slow down, be held, and come home to yourself.
