Wow, it's 2019! 2018 was a whirlwind! I felt like I was transitioning constantly! And perhaps I still am.
As some of you may know, I moved back to where I am from - Columbus, Ohio so that I could rebuild my foundation and be closer to my grandmother as death was knocking upon her door. She passed away peacefully with the comfort of her two eldest daughters, her loving husband, and faithful grandson by her side. We all miss her dearly but she was suffering so much, it was a relief to watch her slip peacefully to the light. The process of grief is never easy for most of us. I get through it by upping my self-care game (lots of yoni steams, body work and acupuncture) and continuing on as her legacy. I have to go on and empower other women as my grandmother always did for me!
I did step into a new certification whilst all the transformation of 2018. I became an Advanced Theta-Healing practitioner, allowing me to dig deeper into the inner-workings of my clients minds to restore balance, clear beliefs, and allow for a deep, beneficial healing. I now have spent over 50 hours working on my technique and feel confident in sharing the power of Theta-healing with the world. I have cleared hundreds of beliefs on myself and others - it is super rewarding work!
As I close the doors to 2018 and say hello to 2019, I am very excited to share and grow my business. My goal is to normalize this very important sacred practice of the Yoni steam so that women know their other options to take care of their wombs!
I am also going to be learning the Mayan abdominal massage technique as a compliment to the many offerings of my practice. This technique is an external massage technique that is applied to the abdomen and pelvis to decongest and realign vital organs to help resolve digestive, gynecological/pelvic health concerns and it can dramatically enhance fertility. I am so excited to learn this technique and be able to offer it in May of this year!
Other exciting news is upcoming events! I will be posting them as they come up on events page!
Much love and light always. Cheers to 2019!
